AH-RJSC 2017 Summer School – Timisoara

The “Angela Hondru” Romanian-Japanese Studies Center from the Romanian-American University is organizing together with the Cultural Association Yamato, Sam Sho Sportive Club Timisoara and West University of Timisoara a new edition of its annual Summer School which, this year, will take place in Timisoara between August 3rd and August 7th. The Summer School will offer to the participants the opportunity to attend classes of Japanese Language, Ikebana (traditional flower arrangement), Iaido (Japanese traditional martial art). They will work in teams, engage in practical activities and will also visit the most important touristic and historical objectives in Timisoara.

Registration fee:
- Adults: 850 lei*
- High School/Middle School Students: 750 lei*
- University Students: 650 lei*

*The price difference appears because of the train ticket prices:
- Adults will have to pay a full ticket,
- High school/middle school students will have to pay 50% of the full ticket
- Romanian / foreigners students enrolled as full-time education – License, Master, Ph.D., in higher education institutions accredited in Romania will travel free of charge. Documents which confer the right to travel are: the student’s card for transport discount / gratuity, stamped for the current academic year and the personal identity card (Identity Card /Passport/Residence permit).

The fee covers:
- Transportation (train) Bucharest – Timisoara – Bucharest
- 4 nights of accommodation at Perla Hotel 3* in Timisoara, including breakfast
- 9 Classes
- Teaching materials
- Guided tour of Timisoara

The fee is not covering:
- Other meals than breakfast;
- The entrance fee for the tourist attractions
